We stand behind every bottle of Mane Magic. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund — even on opened bottles.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at hello@manemagic.us with your order number.
2. We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps.
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. There are no cancellation fees.

Return shipping

For most refund requests, no return shipping is required — keep or dispose of the product. If we ask for a return, we'll cover the return shipping cost.
